She began with six children and set a rule that still holds: never take on more children than you can call by name.

Since then we have extended twice, and opened a second branch exactly never.

Sedert April 2022 hanteer die Departement van Basiese Onderwys die registrasie van ECD-programme — dit was voorheen Maatskaplike Ontwikkeling se werk. Die perseel self bly onder die Kinderwet as deeltydse sorgfasiliteit geregistreer.Since April 2022 the Department of Basic Education handles registration of ECD programmes — it used to sit with Social Development. The premises themselves stay registered under the Children's Act as a partial care facility.

Any parent may read or photograph them at any time.

'n Skool wat 'n waarskuwing nodig het voor jy kom kyk, is nie 'n skool waarby jy jou kind moet los nie.Parents are welcome any time, unannounced. A school that needs warning before you visit is not a school to leave your child at.
- Foto's op WhatsApp, met toestemming.Photos on WhatsApp, with consent. Elke groep het 'n ouergroep. Jy teken by inskrywing of jou kind se foto's daar mag verskyn, en jy kan enige tyd van plan verander.Each group has a parent chat. You sign at enrolment whether your child's photos may appear there, and you can change your mind at any time.
