Hoekom Klein AkkerWhy Klein Akker

Klein genoeg om regtig om te gee.Small enough to actually care.

We do not take on more children than we can properly look after. That is why there is a waiting list — and why it is worth being on it.

Started with six children and one big tree.

Klein Akker started in Marié's back garden in 2007 — six children, a sandpit, and the old oak that still stands over the playground today. We grew slowly, one group at a time, and never faster than we could hire good people.

Today we are twelve staff and seventy-four children, and that is where we stay. We have said no to a second site three times now.
